Project Overview
Meridian Residences is a 24-storey tower with 240 apartments across four configurations. Acoustic separation exceeds code by 40%. Every unit has floor-to-ceiling windows, integrated climate control, and access to sky-garden terraces.
Challenge & Solution
Fitting out 240 units simultaneously while continuing structural work on upper floors.Results & Impact
Solution:
We split the site into three independent teams — structure, MEP, and fit-out — each on a separate floor-band schedule. Every unit delivered on time.
