Project Overview
Built in 1934, the Grand Victoria needed full structural and interior restoration while every heritage element — facade, ballroom ceiling, period detailing — was preserved exactly as original.
Challenge:
Heritage conservation guidelines meant no facade changes, no structural alterations, and every material required authority sign-off.
Solution:
We embedded a heritage consultant in our project team from day one. Every decision pre-approved. Every original material matched or restored in-kind.
